For more than forty years, I have helped people solve difficult problems, strengthen their capabilities, and grow into greater responsibility.
My career has taken me from the machine shop floor to engineering, aerospace, digital transformation, and leadership in a Fortune 100 organization. Along the way, I have taught hundreds of professionals, mentored high-potential employees, led organizational change, built stronger teams, and served as a principal instructor for technical and leadership development programs.
Today, I bring that experience to individuals, teams, and leaders who want to create meaningful, lasting change.
My coaching is not built around motivational speeches or one-size-fits-all formulas. We begin by understanding the situation, the people involved, and the outcomes that matter. Then we select and apply the tools that fit the problem.
The most rewarding part of my career has been helping people grow, teams become stronger, and leaders embody cultures where others can succeed.

I approach life with curiosity, humor, and a strong appetite for experience. I ride motorcycles, play music, seek out mountains and water, and rarely resist a road that might lead somewhere interesting.
